Grates for water trenches...

We are looking at putting in some water trenches in our shop within the next couple of days.

Does anyone have a recommendation on a grate (that covers the trenches) that can withstand (http://maplered.com) a fork lift?

Where can we buy this?

Also, our first option was to slope the floor however this is not an option right now.
